Haidar Masyhur Fadhil, Universiti Brunei Darussalam

Haidar Masyhur Fadhil is a PhD student at the Sultan Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Centre for Islamic Studies (SOASCIS), Universiti Brunei Darussalam. His research focuses on Sufism, religious authority, and contemporary Islamic movements in Southeast Asia, with particular attention to spiritual legitimacy and ṭarīqa networks in Indonesia.
